AAV with CMV promoter driven mCitrine

This AAV expresses mCitrine driven by an ubiquitous CMV promoter.

This roughly 0.6 Kb promoter is the commonly used human cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early promoter/enhancer (CMV/IE).

mCitrine, like Venus, is derived from YFP, with increased brightness and stability. mCitrine has an Excitation/Emission spectrum of 516nm/529nm which is almost identical to that of EYFP, Venus and Topaz.
