AAV2-CAG-GFP / AAV2-CBA-GFP AAV
Cat. No: 7072
Availability:
Immediate
Name:
AAV2-CAG-GFP
The CAG promoter is a hybrid of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer element and chicken beta-actin promoter. The CAG promoter is used to drive high levels of gene expression in mammalian expression vectors.
This AAV virus (both capsid and ITR from AAV2) expresses eGFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) under the control of CAG promoter.
