Akt2 (Myr) Adenovirus
Category: Adenovirus > Over-Expression
Cat. No: 1023
Availability:
Immediate
Name:
Ad-CMV-Akt2 (Myr)
HA-Akt2 is constructed by fusing the HA tag in frame to the N termini of the coding sequence of wild type Akt2. To construct Myr-HA-Akt2, the c-Src myristoylation sequence was fused in frame to the N terminus of the HA-Akt2 (wild-type) coding sequence. Myr-HA-Akt2 is a constitutively active mutant of Akt2, and it is also referred as Akt2(ca).
